Christopher Lane graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with 2 degrees, neither of which were for film or video. He now works in television & film production as a Camera Operator and Director of Photography. He is a proud member of IATSE Local 600.
Christopher has traveled throughout the world filming documentary, television, and film projects, including Africa, Central America, Europe and north of the Arctic Circle. He has shot over 20 broadcast commercials and 1 feature film, employing digital cinema cameras such as the ARRI Alexa, RED Gemini, RED Komodo, and the Sony VENICE. His first feature film, Good Guy with a Gun, was nominated for and won multiple “Best Cinematography” awards on its festival run and secured distribution on APPLE TV+.
